EVOLUTION
EVOLUTION
This isn’t another program promising a new you in 30 days.
It’s a way of living: strong body, clear head, good people, places worth going.
Built one week at a time, without giving up everything else to get there.
Step Up. Evolve.
About us
Established in October of 2025, Aether Evolved is a brand that reflects the principles followed and practised by founders Charles and Mathias; namely, that living well means more than training harder. Training, food, friends, family, travel and rest all count. With this project, we aim to share the most valuable lessons we learn as we build a life that works on every front.
Optimise the whole thing, not just the gym.
